central spot friendly staff
the hotel sits at a great central spot, easy to reach many attractions! the staff were super friendly. i loved the breakfast, a real treat to start the day and the location was fantastic!
the shower stall felt a bit small, i had some difficulty moving my arms.

the hotel featured charming authenticity with its walls covered in unique material! glass chandeliers hung everywhere adding a touch of elegance, it felt really special and looked inkeeping with the surroundings.

the reception staff were really helpful and very nice! they provided great assistance and seemed relaxed while staying very professional, i reminded me of i was in good hands during my entire stay.

The hotel's location provided convenient access to key attractions. I found detailed directions from the train station at arrival. The breakfast had varied choices. I especially liked the fresh pastries and fruit. The staff's helpful instructions really made getting around simple.
The stairs to upper floors may pose a challenge to guests with heavy luggage because there is no elevator.

The hotel's location was convenient near tourist areas.
The room was too small. It was difficult to move around with luggage. The bed was uncomfortable. The mattress sagged. Climbing the stairs to the third floor with heavy suitcases was tiring after long days of walking.

the breakfast was very good i found a good range of things i could choose from the location was close to main tourist areas rialto and san marco that was cool. best of all i noticed the coop supermarket around the corner on the grand canal it made getting water and food at 'regular' prices easy. the room was very quiet this was perfect for a 'relax & regroup day' i had planned.
the room i booked was very small indeed there was no coffee or complimentary water. i did not find hot water in the morning the shower was tiny it was a bummer. the worst thing is i learned there is no lift i was on top floor with very heavy luggage which was difficult to take up the steep steps.
